GENDER EQUALITY - PDR UNI 125:2022

For CIRFOOD, diversity and inclusion have always been founding values of business culture. For this reason, the path was taken to obtain the certification for gender equality, UNI 125:2022 PDR, which through the measurement, reporting and evaluation of gender data in organizations,  attributes a level of maturity agitates and measures the achievement of the objectives set by the Strategic Plan of reference drawn up by the company itself as commitment and proof of constant and continuous improvement in the matter.
