LEGALITY RATING

The legality rating is a synthetic indicator of compliance with high standards of legality and the correct and ethical conduct of their business.

It is awarded by AGCM (Italian Competition and Market Authority) and may be awarded to companies that fulfil cumulatively the requirements set out in the Regulation implementing the Legality Rating.

The Legality Rating takes the role of a score between a minimum of one and a maximum of three "stars".

The legality rating shall be valid for two years from the date of issue and shall be renewable on request.
