E-learning

A distance learning platform has been created, which allows all employees to take part in a series of courses in their own time, connecting remotely from any computer: the IT system allows them to have a real dynamic and interactive learning course which is personalised to their individual training requirements.

The main advantages of distance learning are:

• the freedom to use the platform completely independently and at any time simply by connecting to the Internet
• the option of always having a teacher (e-tutor) available to answer any further questions
• the chance to consult the teaching materials again from any courses previously taken
• the possibility of choosing several of the courses offered by the Academy to independently complete your own personal development pathway.
