ORGANIZATIONAL MODEL
The Organization, Management and Control Model applies to those who perform management, administration, executive, or control functions within CIRFOOD s.c. and CIRFOOD RETAIL S.r.l., to shareholders and employees, as well as to those who, while not being part of the Companies, act on their behalf or are contractually bound to them.

DISCIPLINARY SYSTEM
Article 6, paragraph 2, letter e) and Article 7, paragraph 4, letter b) of Legislative Decree No. 231 of 2001 establish the mandatory adoption of a "disciplinary system suitable for sanctioning non-compliance with the measures set out in the model."

REPORTING SYSTEM – WHISTLEBLOWING
CIRFOOD provides employees, business partners, suppliers, and other stakeholders with the opportunity to report any events that may lead to or constitute violations of company procedures or the possible commission of a crime through the following link:

The purpose of adopting this tool is to prevent violations of the law, non-compliance with the Organizational Model, or other internal regulations (e.g., Anti-Corruption Code, Antitrust Code of Conduct, etc.), and to involve all stakeholders in the fight against illegality.
The “Whistleblowing Reporting Procedure” is attached, and we encourage all potential whistleblowers to review it carefully before submitting any report.
