Information on the processing of personal data pursuant to articles 13-14 of EU Regulation 2016/679

CIRFOOD sc in its capacity as Data Controller of your personal data, pursuant to and for the purposes of EU Regulation 2016/679 hereinafter 'GDPR', hereby informs you that the aforementioned legislation provides for the protection of data subjects with respect to the processing of personal data and that such processing will be based on principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of your privacy and your rights.
Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the legislative provisions of the above-mentioned regulation and the confidentiality obligations provided therein.
Purpose and legal basis of the processing: in particular, your data will be used for the following purposes relating to the execution of measures connected to contractual or pre-contractual obligations:
- Allow you to download and acquire the documentation required by the form;
- Insertion into company database for future recognition purposes.
Your personal data may also, with your consent, be used for the following purposes:
- Sending periodic newsletters on products, services, initiatives, events of the Data Controller;
- Sending and receiving commercial communications on CIRFOOD catering services.
The provision of data is optional for you with regard to the above-mentioned purposes, and any refusal on your part to allow processing does not compromise the continuation of the relationship or the appropriateness of the processing itself.
Processing methods. Your personal data may be processed in the following ways:
- entrusting processing operations to third parties;
- processing by means of electronic calculators.
All processing takes place in compliance with the methods set out in articles 6 and 32 of the GDPR and through the adoption of the appropriate security measures provided for.
Your data will be processed only by personnel expressly authorised by the Data Controller and, in particular, by the following categories of employees:
- marketing office.
Communication: Your data may be communicated to external parties for the correct management of the relationship and in particular to the following categories of Recipients including all duly appointed Data Processors:
- Website management company;
- Email marketing service company.
Dissemination: Your personal data will not be disseminated in any way.
Your personal data may also be transferred, limited to the purposes indicated above, to the following countries:
- EU countries.
Retention Period. We inform you that, in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, purpose limitation and data minimization, pursuant to art. 5 of the GDPR, the retention period of your personal data is:
- established for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which they are collected and processed for the execution and fulfillment of the contractual purposes;
- established for a period of time not exceeding the completion of the services provided;
- Within the timeframes set by company database policies;
- For personal data and email only until the cessation of the business activity of the Data Controller (except for the exercise of his rights regarding the cancellation of the data).

EU Regulation 2016/679: Articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 - Rights of the interested party
1. The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning him, even if not yet registered, their communication in an intelligible form and the possibility of filing a complaint with the Supervisory Authority.
2. The interested party has the right to obtain the indication:
- of the origin of the personal data;
- of the purposes and methods of processing;
- of the logic applied in case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;
- of the identifying details of the owner, the managers and the designated representative pursuant to article 5, paragraph 2;
- of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of them in their capacity as designated representative in the territory of the State, managers or persons in charge.
3. The interested party has the right to obtain:
- the updating, rectification or, when there is interest, the integration of the data;
- the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including data whose retention is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
- certification that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also with regard to their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disclosed, except in the case in which such fulfillment proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the right protected;
- data portability.
4. The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part:
- for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection;
- to the processing of personal data concerning him/her for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
