2019 ARETÈ AWARD, NOIXNOI ON THE PODIUM IN THE INTERNAL COMMUNICATION CATEGORY

Yesterday, October 2, as part of the seventh edition of the CSR and Social Innovation Trade Show the award ceremony was held for the Aretè Awards for Responsible Communication, promoted by Nuvolaverde, the non-profit association that works in information, communication and careers guidance, innovative and sustainable business, along with Confindustria and Gruppo 24 Ore, this year in its fifteenth edition.

“An edition dominated by thoughts and actions on sustainability,” explains the Chairman of Areté, Enzo Argante, “demonstrating the fact that spreading the culture of responsibility has paid off. Today everyone, from Greta and other young people to the UN, but above all every small or large business, is contributing to environmental and social sustainability. In deeds as well as in words.”

An award also went to our welfare programme NOIxNOI, which came third in the “Internal communication” category, behind Vodafone and Enel who shared the first prize for 2019. 

“For CIRFOOD, taking care of our people is a fundamental commitment,” explains Maria Elena Manzini, CSR manager at CIRFOOD, “a duty which over the years has led to a number of concrete actions focusing on the well-being of our employees and shareholders, which since 2015 have been practically implemented in the corporate welfare programme NoixNoi. In 2018, as certified in our Sustainability Report, this commitment was implemented with investments worth 6.5 million Euros. Our aim is to implement actions promoting the well-being of our employees, as we strongly believe that the working environment must be positive, enjoyable, satisfying and motivating for everyone on a daily basis.”
