CIRFOOD INCREASES ITS FOCUS ON EMPLOYEE WELFARE WITH ITS ACQUISITION OF MILAN-BASED ADVISOR “VALORE WELFARE”
With its acquisition of VALORE WELFARE Srl, the advisor specialised in the design of Employee Welfare programmes, CIRFOOD is investing in the development of its extensive range of business services revolving around the welfare of individuals and organisations.
This acquisition will round off the range of services sold by the BluBe Division, already offering a range of Employee Welfare business solutions aiming specifically at the private and public sectors.
WELFARE VALUE projects will run alongside BluBe Division operations that include employee benefits such as “BluTICKET” luncheon vouchers, incentives&rewards services including “BluGIFT” vouchers, and the “BluFLEX” web platform for the day-to-day administration of Employee Welfare programmes.
CIRFOOD will now have the benefit of the know-how brought by VALORE WELFARE and so be able to offer specialist consulting to give companies all the support they need for the individual stages of planning and implementing Employee Welfare Plans and work-life balance programmes: from the analysis of the needs of personnel, the selection of services catering for emerging needs, to defining actions for communicating and measuring “feedback” after the individual actions in terms of the value generated, using the “Welfare Benefit Return” methods developed by VALORE WELFARE in partnership with Milan-Bicocca University.

The two founding partners of VALORE WELFARE – Giovanni Scansani and Antonio Manzoni – transferred their entire stake in the company to enable the acquisition, but will continue to support BluBe Division’s drive to extend and reorganise its organisation, perfect the tools it uses, and optimise the alignment process of the mix of Employee Welfare business services within the overall product portfolio offered by CIRFOOD.
